The hotel totally exceeded my expectations. I stayed there during one weekend. Its price was surprisingly low. I expected it might be a cheap and old hotel. I amazingly found that the hotel is quite new. The twin room I stayed was of reasonable space. Everything was in good condition, and most importantly, the room was clean. The hotel was also equipped with a public bath with sauna facilities.

The quality of the room, in general, was awesome. The staff was, as expected while in Japan, top notch. Though it was great for both sexes, it's more catered to women. It was akin to a spa experience. It seemed as if the customer-base also understood that, as most guests that I saw were female.

I wasn't expecting much because of the reviews, but this place was really nice. Clean facilities, they had the washing machine dryer combo A+ Onsen was a nice touch, free coffee yummy

Everything is 10/10, especially the staff, so gentle and nice. I've been staying there for 8 years, and will come. But the check in process with the machines is a pain. Really. It used to be so simple man to man....digital advance?

actually i've booked the dormitory's room, but as arrived there, the staff said to me that it is too risky for women with no friend stay at dormitory's room, so they changed my room to single room with shower, tv, ac, and above all they did not charge me an additional payment, lucky for me on those day.🥹☺️

Hot spring & sauna. Just nearby the bus station no matter go to aquarium or river it’s super convenient. And they let me keep the luggage so I don’t have to waste day time to move. The front desk manager is very kind.

Great location. Pretty close to OTARU station, convenience store and the bus stops. The public bath ("ONSEN") is the best part.

Cozy, very near to the train station and other attractive locations, clean waiting hall with so many comics to read and hot drinks to enjoy with.

Friendly staff. The onsen is new and great! Hotel has parking available. Good free coffee.

Very close to the station and sightseeing spots. The onsen bath is a great way to relax after walking all day.
